Hi! My name is Miroslav Antic. I have been married for over 20 years (yes, to the same woman ;-)) and together with my wife, have and continue to raise 2 boys, one of which began high school in the fall of 1995 and the other will follow in the next few years. I work for Ontario Hydro in a Nuclear power station "Darlington" which is located 60 km.east of Toronto near (Oshawa, Ontario) Click Here !!!as a Nuclear operator. I used to travel around the world as a seagoing engineer before I got married. For the past 18 years, my travel has been almost exclusively with my wife and children. In fact, I thought about creating this Web page (although there may be similar ones) while on my way home from an all- too- brief, trip. During my travels I met a lot of different people. Their cuisine was appealing to me so much that I decided to start collecting all those different recipes which you can view on this home page. Obviously, I am interested in preparing and eating fine food with my family and friends, who are also generous in letting others know about their favorite dishes. GOALS OF THIS PAGE: While I haven't clearly defined goals for this page, I have a few thoughts to share. My hope is that subjects on this page will continue to evolve. My primary goal is to give people an idea about myself and my interests, for the purpose of exchanging different life experiences.
